Days in Seattle

Hey guys! I've been enjoying Seattle very much so far:-) But last week it was disaster. Since a really big and powerful storm hit Seattle, we lost power for about 5days. In this freezing weather, we had no heat, no hot water, no lights....can you imagine that? To survive, we stayed at friends' houses. We got power back Sunday night, but there're still some people living without power. I feel really sorry for them. The storm was that bad.
However, I got to know many new friends during the stay and had fun too. Maybe the disaster was meant to be?
So what have I been up to? ....I am seeing my sister and my mom in Seattle tomorrow!!! They are flying in from Japan !!!! I cannot wait to show them around the city! But I just hope they arrive in USA safe!

we still hang out in Seattle!

Winter Break in Seattle

Sorry that I haven't updated this blog for a while..I was hell busy for final exam...but now it's all over and winter break has started!!
After I finished my final on Dec 5th, I left Cheney with my friend Jordyn to stay at her house in Seattle during the break. I was actually a little sad leaving coz I am not seeing most of my friends for a month. But now I'm in Seattle and having lots of fun with her!! Since her house is close to Seattle international airport, we see airplains flying over head every single moment. Also as I expected, it rains A LOT here in Seattle.
Jordyn's family are really nice and they have taken me to many different places already. Last weekend we went to have our breakfast in a casino, then visited her grandparents house. Jordyn has her own car so we drive every where in Seattle. Her mom owns a hot dog store called" Dog House" so we sometimes helps her there too. Well, there are lots of things to tell so let me talk about them next time!
